Filling the house with the smell of venison, pasta sauce, and cheese is literally one of my favorite things in life. Then another favorite is when it’s done and I see a piece with gooey cheese drooping down.
If you’ve never had Venison Parmesan, now is the time. I mean, how can you resist tenderly fried venison steaks covered with mozzarella cheese on a bed of pasta with homemade red sauce? Not me!
